ABOUT US

Ascension continues to thrive under the Great Commission of Jesus to “Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” We invite you come along and join Jesus on His redemptive mission in the world!
Our Vision
Since we have seen the evidence that Jesus is out of the tomb and on the move and inviting all people to follow Him – our vision is to serve, proclaim and grow with Christ! For 2023 God has called us to “Show and Tell!” It simply means that in 2023 we will each show at least one person the love of Jesus. Then, when the time is right, we will tell that person about the love of Jesus. We believe we can change our community for the better by sharing Jesus’ love in action and then in words.
